At Badeel Treats, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Due to the nature of our treats, which are made fresh and with high-quality ingredients, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.

Damaged Orders: However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order, and provide a photo of the damaged items. We will promptly arrange for a new order to be sent to you at no additional cost.
